Acceptance of terms Welcome to MENINCASH.COM,
MENINCASH.COM provides its service to you, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. THIS AGREEMENT was made between MENINCASH.COM (SITE we/us/our), and the Webmaster submitting this Application on the date the online Application Form is submitted to and approved by the SITE.
1.
The Program:
a.70/60 Affiliate Program:
MenInCash pays you 70% of ALL initial and 60% of recurring membership fees after refunds and chargebacks have been deducted for the lenght of each subscription.
b.5% Webmaster Referral:
MenInCash pays you 5% on each sales an rebill made by your referred webmasters. You're not allowed to refer yourself in any kind of ways.

The Payout:
Payouts are done on a monthly schedule, ont eh 15th of each month, for the commission you earned. Our payments are sent a month later, however, which means that on the 15th of October, for instance, we pay all the sales/rebills made before the 15th of September. We pay only if you've reached the minimum payout you have selected in your webmaster area.
We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.

General Policies:
-MENINCASH.COM do not accept sites that endorse. Illegal content includes, but is not limited to: child pornography, warez content, scat, coffins, mp3, password selling or trading, teens.
-Webmaster may not attempt to cheat MENINCASH.COM in any way.
-Webmaster shall not use spam in anyway like usenet, newsgroup, e-mail, MSN, ICQ and any other instant messaging.
-Webmaster’s Websites must contain all informations required by 18 USC §2257
-MENINCASH.COM shall retain the discretion to interpret, modify, terminate and/or enforce any of the general policies for Webmasters suspected violation of any of the General Policies may result in termination from the Program, and forfeiture of any future commissions or payments whether earned or unearned.
4.
Termination/Cancellation:
MENINCASH.COM reserves the right to terminate any affilate for any of the following criteria:
-Spamming in any kind of way
-Refunds/credits or unusually high number of charge-backs
-Cheating MenInCash by any know or unknow method
-Breaching any of the terms set forth in this Agreement.
MENINCASH.COM shall have the right to terminate this Agreement with every webmaster that breach any of this Agreement term.
Any monies, which are due to any Webmaster whose account has been terminated due to charge-backs and refunds, will be forfeited as partial damages under the terms of this Agreement, including commissions earned prior to the date of termination.
Subscription to the Service may be terminated at any time, and without cause, the site or the Subscriber upon notification of the other party by electronic or conventional mail, or by telephone or fax.
